Support
Stuck on something, or just want to send feedback? Latta RSS is made by a small team — we read every message, and we'd rather fix things than dodge them. Most questions are answered below; if not, drop us a line.

Frequently asked questions
How do I import my feeds from another reader?
Export an OPML file from your old reader. In Latta RSS, open the + menu and choose Import OPML — you can import from a local file or paste a URL. Your folders are preserved.
Where are my feeds stored?
Locally, in SwiftData, on each device. Latta RSS has no server of its own. iCloud sync is planned, and when it ships it will use your own iCloud account.
Why is a feed in the "Issues" group?
The most recent refresh failed — usually a network problem, a parse error, or an HTTP error like 404 or 410. Right-click the feed and choose Refresh to retry, or check the feed URL in a browser.
How do I subscribe from Safari?
Click any feed:// link on the web. macOS and iOS will hand it
off to Latta RSS, which will open a confirmation sheet so you can choose
the folder and subscribe.
Does it support podcasts and video?
Yes. Feeds with audio or video enclosures are detected automatically, sorted into the Podcasts or Videos smart folders, and play inline using a built-in audio player or the native video player.
Reporting a bug
If something's broken, the more detail the better. Please include:
- Your OS version (macOS 26.x or iOS 26.x).
- The Latta RSS version (Settings → About).
- The feed URL, if a specific feed is involved.
- A short description of what you did and what you expected to happen.
Send it to [email protected].
